MY FIRST BAPTISM

This email might be jammed packed! This week was one of the craziest weeks hahaha! 

Tuesday: district council went awesome! Last one together! I had to teach about charity and that went well! 

Wednesday: we stayed Tuesday night over at the district leaders apartment with all the elders in our district we one last time together super fun! Did exchanges and spent only a couple hours with my DL it got cut short cause the hurricane was coming in! 

Thursday: transfers today! Sad most of our district got moved and now were in our own districts with new elders! Ooooooh so Wednesday night 8 elders showed up and had to stay the night with us because of the hurricane was coming through their area! They all slept on the ground and it was super fun! Thursday morning they most of them left to transfers and some got to go back to their areas! Most of Thursday we stayed inside cause they wanted us to because if the hurricane but it was nice and sunny outside hahah one set of elders weren't allowed to go back to their area because of flooding in their area! 

Friday: the elders that had to stay spent the most of the day with us! We went and did service again at the stock pot and that was awesome I helped pass out food to the people. One guy I ran him his food to his car and set in his front seat. He started talking to me and said some uuuuh choice words hahaha it was kinda  confusing he was black and he was telling me to " stay away from the N****". That didn't make much sense but to each their own I guess hahah 

Saturday: we will just skip Saturday it was slow not alot happened 

SUNDAY!!!!!: WOW today was awesome!! We had to speak in church which went well! We did shanti's baptism right after sacrament! I got to baptize her! It was awesome! Such an awesome spiritual experience! I was a little nervous but it went awesome!! 

Today is p day! And weren't doing much just hanging out with the new elders in out district! Doing laundry and calling home!! Also got taco bell for lunch!  Also I get to go through the dallas temple on September 10th to get my endowments and my parents are flying in to go with me!!
