Covid Getting In The Way..

Welp sorry for the late email but pretty fun and busy week and busy p day today! 

Tuesday: we went to do some service for a less active family and met one of their friends named Bryan and he is freakin awesome and probably going to get baptized! He asked us a question about baptisms for the dead and we explained it and thought nothing of it! But than more happened later in the week! 

Wednesday: we had zone conference in tyler! It was super good and fun to see other missionaries from my old zone. We ate at Stanley's! And that took up most of the day! They told us about like armed gaurds at the Capitols and like not to tlak about politics so yeah dont know what's going on in your world but I'm just chilling haha 

Thursday: did some awesome service at the food drive like always! Than had a lesson with a lady named Rose and talked about baptism she was interested so hopefully that goes well! 

Friday: did more service for the less active family and talked to Bryan he was like do yall have a Book Of Mormon I've been doing nothing for the past two days and could of been reading it and we were like what? Alright didn't know you were interested shared a quick restoration and it made so much sense to him so we have a lesson set up for tomorrow and yeah he will get baptized he is so awesome and believes everything that we do haha 

Saturday: we had all these lessons planned and people to stop by and literally like all of our people we have been teaching either got covid or feel sick so that's been hard. This week we only had two successful lessons so hopefully miracles start happening! 

Sunday: had church which is always good, most of our planned lessons fell through but we stopped by this Tai family that they had been teaching in the past and they were having this party with all the members of the church that they go too and we had a member with us that taught Tai people on his mission in Salt lake city so we ate some good food and shared a message with them and one white guy that was there from their church and he was like trying bash super hard cause I shared about the bom and he brought up the trinity and it was a stressful we testified and dipped haha 

Today: has been super awesome we went fishing this morning at a members pond didnt catch nothing but apparently it was stocked with 7-8 pound large mouth bass so that was sad than we went grocery shopping and hung out with the district and had a bbq and ate steak it was delicious!
